How long does someone have to use the gift card?

It can be used for any available session time over the next 3 years from the date of purchase.
Do I put it in my name or the persons name I’m giving it to?

Enter your details into the ‘Billing Address.’ There is also a field below called ‘Name of the person(s) you are giving your gift card(s) to.’ You can enter their details here. When using the gift card either person can email to arrange a booking.
Can someone else use the gift card if their name wasn’t used at the time of purchase?

Yes. Either the person who purchased it or the person receiving it must send an email to cenotecasa@gmail.comand make the booking and notify us of the name change.
How do I receive the gift card?

Once payment is made a download option is available immediately and an email with the PDF attached will be sent to your inbox
How does someone book in with a gift card?

1. Either you or the person receiving the gift card decides on your preferred date and time for the Bathhouse Session by visiting www.cenotecasabathhouse.com/book-online 2. Either you or the person receiving the gift card can send an email to cenotecasa@gmail.com with the following details: Full name: Phone Number: Preferred date and time: Name of person who bought your gift card: 3. Receive a confirmation email of successful booking
What happens if I want to buy multiple gift cards for one person?

When purchasing, select your desired number of gift card sessions and make payment. Then once you have downloaded the gift card and printed it, there is a section on the gift card where you can write how many sessions the gift card is for.
What happens if I want to buy multiple gift cards for more than one person?

You can purchase them all at once. When purchasing, select the total amount of all gift cards and make payment. In the field ‘Name of the person(s) you are giving your gift card(s) to’ write the names of the people you will be giving the gift cards to. Don’t worry though as you can always email to cenotecasa@gmail.com and change the names of who you are giving them to if you do this incorrectly.
Is there a limit to how many gift cards I can buy?

There is no limit to how many gift cards you can buy, treat all your friends!
Can a gift card be refunded?

There is a 24 hour cooling off period from time of purchase, after this time unfortunately no refunds will be given.
Does the person using the gift card need to be over 18?

YES **All guests must be over 18 years of age** Please be advised that we are strictly an 18 years and over venue and that the Bathhouse is not a child friendly environment. Children are not allowed at the Bathhouse for their own health and safety.
